Palmistry
Children’s palms are read in a fun and upbeat way, focusing on the positive personality aspects, such as a good heart, a strong aptitude for learning and a healthy interest in life and sports, a good communicator, good listener, good dancer/ footballer etc. maybe the child is family orientated and will make a good parent themselves one day. Maybe there is a love of nature and animals. The palms will reveal all.
Ideal for all ages of children and takes just a few minutes per child.
Palm and colour readings
The children all draw around their hand with coloured pens and then colour in as they wish and add stickers. All materials supplied. They all look at each others artwork and the palmist tells them what each colour means and what each colour on a particular part of the hand or finger means- i.e.- ‘who has used lots of yellow? This means you are a good thinker and will do well in anything that uses the intellect such as maths and science. Who coloured their little fingers yellow? This means you will be an intelligent communicator and think before you speak. Etc… .’
This can be done on a one-to one basis or small groups of up to 10 children. Ideal for ages 10 years and up. Duration about an hour for groups of 10-15 children.
Totem animals
The group of children sit in a circle and are taken on a guided journey into their imaginations to find their totem animal (guardian animal). This is the animal that they can call upon to guard and guide them through life. Most children have an affinity with animals, so enjoy this exercise. When the journey is ended, they all write down what they saw on their journey and what they thought the animal wanted to teach or tell them. They then discuss this with the rest of their group we talk about what the animals symbolise in various traditions and why that particular animal has chosen them… There is also a chance to draw their animal or cut the picture from a magazine and make a badge to take home
Ideal for children aged 10 years+ and takes about an hour and a half…
Aura Sprays & Potion Making
The children choose from a ‘magic’ Harry Potter type of box that contains special potions made from gem stones. The potions are vibrational essences called ‘indigo essences’ and contain no harmful ingredients and were actually invented by children in Ireland. Each essence has a specific purpose, such as chasing away bullies, helping the child to ‘shine’ or helping the child to chill out and relax.
The child picks 3-5 essences from the box and writes down their choice on a fact sheet about the essences. We discuss if this seems the right one for them in their life now (it usually is) and then the child can make up a special spray for the room or the aura or a bubble bath using the essences. They then decorate a label and personalise it using coloured pens and funky sticker (supplied). This is popular with boys and girls, children and adults alike.
Journey inside a crystal
The children sit in a circle and are given a pass the parcel that contains a special crystal in each layer. As the music stops, the right crystal magically goes to the right child. When all children have a crystal, gentle angel music is played and the children journey in their imaginations inside the crystal to find the guardian keeper. The keeper then tells the children the name of the crystal and what it is for.
When the children come back from their journey, they write down what they have seen and then discuss with each other. We then talk about what the crystals are really called and what they are usually used for. Each child can keep the crystal if they wish to take it home (they usually do).
Duration- about 1 hour. Suitable for children aged 10 years+ for groups of up to 15 children approx.
